Everything you need to know before we work together — payment, delivery, revisions and your billing details for the invoice.
Full advance payment (100%) is required. Payments are non-refundable, except in case of non-fulfilment by the provider.
Work will be scheduled only upon receipt of payment and all required materials.
Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours; the contractual maximum is 7 business days upon receiving payment and complete stems. Delays will be communicated in advance. The client may terminate the agreement if unjustified delays occur.
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and not subject to VAT.
All work is performed remotely. Up to 3 revisions are included; additional revisions CHF 15 each.
Avid Pro Tools projects and related presets are not delivered.
In accordance with Swiss law, there is no right of withdrawal once processing begins for customized services.
