02Data We Collect
- Contact form: name, email address, message content.
- Billing form: full name, email, phone (optional), tax / VAT number (optional), billing address.
- Technical: this site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security purposes.
03Purposes & Legal Bases
- Replying to your inquiry — steps prior to entering a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Issuing invoices and performing the contract — contract performance and legal bookkeeping obligations.
No profiling, no automated decision-making, no marketing emails. Your data is never sold.
04Recipients & Processors
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — delivers form submissions to our inbox. Data you submit through the forms transits their servers, which may be located in the United States.
- Photon by Komoot (photon.komoot.io, Germany) — while you type in the billing address field, your query text is sent to this service to fetch address suggestions (© OpenStreetMap contributors). Nothing else is transmitted.
- Email provider — handling of messages sent to info@mixedbyiado.com.
Data is shared with these providers only to the extent necessary to operate the website and the services described above.
05Retention
- Inquiries: kept up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted.
- Billing data: kept for 10 years, as required by Swiss bookkeeping law (art. 958f CO).
